This website is hosted by STRATO AG (Germany). When you visit the site, the hosting provider’s servers automatically collect and store information that your browser transmits, in so-called server log files:

If you use the contact form, the details you enter — your name, email address, company and role, your described challenge, and any optional message — are transmitted to us by email so we can respond to your enquiry. We do not use this data for any other purpose without your consent, and we do not share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver the message (our hosting provider).

If you contact us directly by email, the information you provide will be stored for the purpose of handling your request and any follow-up questions.

The legal basis for processing this data is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a (potential) contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is retained until your request has been fully dealt with, and thereafter only as long as required by statutory retention obligations. You may ask us to delete it at any time (see your rights below).

4. Web fonts

To present its content consistently, this website currently uses Google Fonts, provided by Google Ireland Limited. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers to retrieve the fonts, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google and may be processed on servers in the USA. This is based on our legitimate interest in a uniform and appealing presentation of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
